I found Denise to be so compattionate and understanding as we walked through the process of planning the Homegoing Life Celebration for my husband Lawrence "Larry" Mitchell. Going through the process of planning the final service for a long one is not easy but Andrews made the process very accomadating for me his wife , the children, family, and friends. I am forever grateful!

During these trying times, the Andrews family has made this process a smooth process. They were very compassionate, showed genuine concern and empathy. Very patient, they made time for me to be certain all my questions were answered. One of my fears was to see my love one (my mom) for the first time after being made up and not able to recognize her in the casket. She looked just like herself. Mr. Andrews and his staff provided the most exceptional experience for my family and I during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the moment we called for removal of her remains, everything was handled as if we were the only family in their care. My mother looked just. like. herself. From her hairstyle to her makeup, she literally looked asleep. That meant everything to me. After the services, she was cremated and we received her ashes in a timely manner and she was given to me with such care and compassion. I literally recommend everyone I know to Andrews. Death is traumatic, but having a funeral home that provides timely, professional, compassionate service from beginning to end makes the burden a little easier to bare.
